Great Post

This is a really great post http://simplemom.net/the-daily-balance-of-parenting-housework-four-useful-reminders/
I enjoyed reading it and I think you will too It had some great reminders for me, the perfectionist in me that wants everything to be perfectly clean/and or organzied….which is really hard with a toddler (no she is actually almost a “preschooler” now…) and two large [...]

Home Management Notebook

Alright…go ahead and laugh, it is ok, I try not to take myself too seriously anyway…but, yes I have an entire three ring binder devoted to “home management”… I’ve only within the last year developed such a binder, so I spent the first 4 years of my married life without one. I can say that [...]

Clean Carpet

Yesterday, I purchased my new carpet cleaner. I got the one I mentioned in a previous post. I tested it out last night on the play room area rug, the most stained rug in our house. It worked wonderfully, and got all the stains out! The same stains I had tried to srub out by [...]

4. vacuumed whole house
5. wiped down painted [...]

So Much More

“But so seldom do we hear of a godly woman – or of a godly man either, for that matter. We believe women come nearer to fulfilling their God-given function in the home than anywhere else. It is a much nobler thing to be a good wife, than to be Miss America. It is a [...]

Frugal Friday

I am participating with Biblical Womanhood  in sharing frugal tips each when I remember on Fridays. My frugal tip has to do with hand soap. If you buy hand soap at the store that has a “foam pump” you can re-use it. The next time that particular bottle runs out of soap, fill your bottle [...]
