Apple Dapple Cake

3 eggs                                2 cups of sugar                1 tsp. baking soda     1 tsp. vanilla

Home-made Pizza Rolls

Simple Smoothie

Frozen fruit is so much cheaper than fresh these days. We also picked our own strawberries this past spring and I froze most of them, so I’ve been making smoothies from the strawberries I froze.

Cuisine for the Girls!

Kate and I feasted on some yummy “chick food” this evening since Keith is away.

We had Italian Crusted Chicken Strips with Balsamic Vinegarette and Mozzarella Salad. For Desert, we enjoyed fruit parfaits.
 

Kate really enjoyed hers! (Well, actually just the whip cream, she wasn’t too thrilled about the fruit, but hey, it was worth a shot!)

Spring-ity Goodness!

Add 2 Cups flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt

then add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup shortening

stir everything together, and add 2 eggs and 1 tsp. Vanilla

Add half a bag of “bunny mix” M&M’s

Place on a cookie tray, bake until light brown at 375 degrees
